One of our nation’s great orchestras makes its first visit to Gainesville! Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s Artistic Directors—Dorati, Jarvi, Slatkin, and now Bignamini—are a who’s who of conducting greats.

Known for trailblazing performances and collaborations with the world’s foremost musical artists, the DSO is accustomed to a level of excellence few can compete with. This performance will feature Ravel’s orchestration of Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
