Jesse Cook – POSTPONED
We regret to announce that Jesse Cook’s January 22nd performances UpStage at the Phillips Center have both been postponed. Due to ongoing visa processing delays beyond their control, the performers are unable to enter the United States in time for the scheduled performance.
A new performance date will be announced shortly. Your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new performance date. Once announced, if the new date does not work for you, you can contact the Phillips Center Box Office by calling 352.392.2787 or emailing at boxoffice@performingarts.ufl.edu for a credit or refund. Please note: the Phillips Center Box Office’s regular hours of operation are Monday-Saturday, Noon to 6 pm.
Jesse Cook is an acclaimed guitarist who has built an extraordinary career over 25 years, earning 10 platinum and gold studio albums. Cook’s music blends flamenco with classical, jazz, Zydeco, blues, and Brazilian samba, creating a unique tapestry. His smooth, beachy sound is as technically impressive as it is inviting.
UpStage is an intimate, cabaret-style setting on the Phillips Center Mainstage. The 7:00 p.m. seating includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and cash bar; the 9:00 p.m. seating includes desserts and cash bar.
