Parking
Parking spaces for patrons with disabilities are located on the ground floor of the parking garage at the Phillips Center.
Elevator
An elevator is located behind the concession stand in the Phillips Center lobby.
Wheelchair Rental
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for patrons in need. They can be reserved by calling 352-273-2469, or reserved on the day of show with the Office Assistant in the receptionist’s office. Wheelchair rental is free, but a driver’s license or other identification is required (returned upon return of the wheelchair).
Theatre Wheelchair Seating Locations
Wheelchair and companion seating are available on the orchestra and mezzanine levels of the Phillips Center. If possible, please request wheelchair seating at time of ticket purchase.
Restrooms
Restrooms in the upper and lower lobbies of the Phillips Center provide facilities for those with disabilities.
Audio aids
Sound enhancement systems are available to patrons. Please make your request at the reception office in the lobby.
Sign Language Interpretation
Sign language interpretation is available for UFPA performances when requested four weeks in advance. This service is subject to the availability of a qualified interpreter and is provided at the discretion of the management.
Visual Aids
Alternate format and large print programs are available for UFPA performances by contacting the Marketing Coordinator at 352-273-2476 at least one week in advance of the performance.
