Performance Sponsorship
If your passion speaks to a particular genre of the performing arts, you could assist UFPA as an important benefactor by becoming a Performance Sponsor. Businesses and individuals may sponsor programs at the Phillips Center or University Auditorium. There are numerous marketing and social benefits associated with sponsorships, and tickets to the performances provide a wonderful opportunity to entertain clients and friends or reward employees. Subject to artist approval, you may be able to meet your favorite entertainer!
Performance sponsors are businesses or individuals who commit to sponsor one or more events during the season. All benefits are delivered during the season of the selected performance, and commitments to sponsor performances are made on an annual basis.
Some of the benefits include:
- Recognition of the individual or business in conjunction with the marketing and promotion of the sponsored performance whenever possible
- Name and/or logo in print, radio and television when used to promote the peformance
- Recognition in e-notices, with link to website, sent to thousands
- Phillips Center exterior display window of sponsored event featuring sponsor logo, when appropriate
- Recognition in the performance hall day of show show, including:
- Name and/or logo prominently displayed
- Name and/or logo in the performance program
- Announcement prior to curtain
- Two tickets to the sponsored performance for every $1,000 of the sponsorship (e.g.,10 tickets for a $5,000 contribution), along with reserved parking for attendees
- Opportunity for sponsor and guests to meet and be photographed with the featured artist after the sponsored performance (subject to artist approval)
- Annual recognition on the UFPA lobby donor board and in the list of donors in all programs, and on the UFPA web site
- Season-long access for two people to the VIP Intermission reception with with complimentary champagne, wine and sparkling water for all UFPA-presented events
- One season parking pass for all UFPA performances to be used by sponsor or designee
- Invitation to Season Preview Party, a special reception hosted by the UFPA Director to announce the new season
- Invitation for two to the annual Director’s Dinner
- Priority handling of UFPA pre-season ticket orders as well as access to a private, unlisted hotline to purchase tickets during the season (limited to two contacts per family or business)
