Glamour. Romance. Musical Fantasyland…THE OPERA SHOW presents beautiful music exquisitely performed in a spectacular and exuberant 21st century showcase.
Broadway’s Tony Award-winning musical-comedy phenomenon takes you back to 1962 Baltimore, as 16-year-old Tracy Turnblad sets out to dance her way onto TV’s most popular show.
After an exciting debut at the Phillips Center in 2005 and a sold-out performance in 2006, the Soweto Gospel Choir returns to their “U.S. home” once again. The ensemble’s mix of tribal, traditional and popular African gospel makes for a moving, awe-inspiring and unforgettable evening for the entire family.

Not allowing debit/credit cards for purchases was unheard of. Not sure if there were technical difficulties with that or what, but it was not wise.
The show itself boring. I had two kids there and both of them were not impressed. It was a waste of $80 for sure!

We really enjoyed the show! My four and two year old children had a great time! Thank you!

The message and the plot of “trash and recycle” was way above the 2-5 year old understanding. I think that a mix of different stories about fixing up and solving little problems with boards, hammers, the “trucks” and wire (use for a clothesline to hang up clothes) to save on electricity and saving on lights and water would be MUCH better. I don’t think the kids GOT it. The animation was overall very much the same over and over again…not much variation and boring. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the show.

What a lot of fun, we were in the pit - speakers were a bit loud - but other than that…
Pity the merchandising didn’t take credit cards - although it did give me an excuse not to spend much!
