Multiple Grammy-winning pianist Chucho Valdés is well-known on both the Latin and U.S. jazz scenes, producing more than 80 CD recordings throughout his career. Called “the dean of Latin jazz” by The New York Times, his works have been heard in esteemed venues, such as the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl. Valdés is a Latin Jazz Hall of Fame inductee and his dynamic career has included collaborations with musical legends Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis and Carlos Santana.
